GENERAL

1. For all sales enquiry, kindly email us at gadgeeksg@hotmail.com with your order number and please put the the subject as 'Sales Enquiry'.  

2. All transactions will be attended to within 1-2 working days.

3. Please refrain from sending us multiple emails within 2 working days if you do not receive a reply. This will mean your email is pushed further up and it will take us even longer to get back to you. Rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

GENERAL PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

1. Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colors before checking out. GadGeeksg will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.

2. Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in delayed delivery.

3. Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification.

4. Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

5. All orders are shipped out according to order number, we do not combine orders.

6. GadGeedsg reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s).

 

MAKING A PURCHASE

1. Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s).Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.

2. All orders will automatically be deemed void if payment is not received and updated within this stipulated time frame. In the event where orders are void but an IB/ ATM payment has been made, there will strictly not be any refunds made. A store credit will be issued.

3. All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter.

 

DELIVERY

1. Charges varies according to the individual weight of the item.

2. We offer normal mailing or registered mailing. Delivery will take 1~7 working days.

 

PAYMENT 

We accept local Internet Banking (IB) and bank transfers.

1.For payments via IB or bank transfers, kindly update your payment details by sending us through email or whatsapp with the following details below:

2. If payment is not transferred within 12 hours. Orders will be automatically cancelled.

DISCOUNT CODES

1. If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code during checkout for discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.

2. Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly.

3. Discount codes are strictly non-extensible.

4. Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.
