Q: How do I place an order?
A: You could place an order by selecting the item and quantity and proceed to checkout page.
Q: How do I do payment?
A: As it is an offline payment, you could just tick the billing address box same as mailing address as we only do bank transfer. There will be no credit card information needed.
Q: Do I need to put any deposit?
A: Yes, you will need to put a deposit of $50 for items ranging from $100 - $399 and a deposit of $100 for items ranging from $400 & above. Deposits are required for pre-order items and items which are $100 & above in order to confirm purchase. As for the balance amount you could bank transfer us ( for choosing mailing ) and pay by cash when meet-up ( for self-collection ). Deposit is non-refundable and non-cancellation. If there are any unfortunate circumstances, we will return you deposit through bank transfer.
Q: Do I have to make a payment beforehand?
A: Yes, you will need to make a full payment for items which are below $100 as we only do mailing for it. Payment is non-refundable and non-cancellation. If there are any unfortunate circumstances, we will return you full payment through bank transfer.
Q: Where are the collection points? (Only for items which are $100 & above)
A: Farrer Park station or Dhoby Gaut station only! :)
Q: Do you send me a picture of the item/ parcel before mailing out?
A: Yes, we will send you a picture of your item for you to confirm and a picture of your parcel before mailing out through email.
Q: How long will my parcel arrive?
A: It will takes about 1~7 working days for both normal mailing and registered mailing. As it depends on the delivery man.
Q: Will you give us tracking number?
A: Yes, we will give you your tracking number when you choose to have a registered mailing. As for normal mailing, there will be no tracking number given (if the package lost is at your own cost).
Q: Can I do an exchange/ refund if the item received is faulty?
A: Yes, you can get your item exchange within 7 days from the date of purchased. But you will need to send us the faulty item through mailing in order to get an exchange. After we have received and checked your faulty item, we will send you a brand new set. As for the exchanged item, the mailing fee will be under us.
** NOTE for the mailing fee is at your own cost when mailing us back the faulty item.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: No, international shipping is currently unavailable at the moment.
